Catherine has over 20 years of experience working at agencies such as McCann, TAXI and Juniper Park, as well as client side at Nike. She believes in a nimble approach in finding creative solutions to address core business challenges. It’s not great work, unless it works. And that approach at agencies and as a client have earned several Canadian and International awards.
Catherine has spent much of her career working across North America. She is based in Toronto, much to the chagrin of her family that is rooted in Montreal. You will often catch her taking calls as she’s dropping her kids off at a rink or walking the dog, because taking a nimble approach is not only key business, but also to being a mom.
Over the past 25 years, Lance Martin has built one of the strongest creative resumés in the country, with Lions, Pencils and Clios proving he is a global force to be reckoned with. And though he’s all about the work, Lance has a keen business sense that has helped him develop strong client relationships and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.
During his tenure at TAXI, Lance was integral in creating some of the most recognized and awarded work for the agency, including campaigns for VIAGRA, Nike, Koodo, Burger King and MINI. As a founder of UNION, he was instrumental in launching the agency and doing recognizable work for Best Buy, Infiniti, Weston and Interval House.
While Lance’s philosophy of partnership and collaboration permeates through everything we do at DonerNorth, there is nothing he likes more than riding solo on his motorcycle up North to continue building his log cabin.
As an award-winning strategic planner from Toronto, Adrianne’s roles have spanned from brand to experiential and shopper strategy. Throughout her career including stints at BBDO and McCann, she has led insight and strategy for some of the county’s most beloved brands, including Pepsico, Canopy Growth, Recipe Unlimited Corporation (formerly Cara Foods), Microsoft consumer brands, FedEx, Cadillac Fairview, Tim Horton’s and a host of retail and B2B brands in other verticals.
She is insatiably curious, which propels her to build data-driven insights and strategies that have both cultural relevance and behavioural action. She now leads a team of strategists who share her passion for work that both connects and converts in every conceivable medium and channel, building rich, intelligence driven plans that make brands both loved and used.
When not cracking the nut on insights that change the game for her clients, she is focused on raising her two young boys and her mostly obstinate puppy, Skylar.
